Brute

Ive lost about 7 kgs off body mass, although i feel as big as i did before, and i feel stronger as well, more agile and i have alot of energy, dont have the need to feed to get some energy, an apple and some nuts is all that i need right now, its great. No hunger any more.

I am going to miss the Krav tonight, no worries though, ill back it up with some gym with a friend instead later on the evening, after that its time to go home and sleep, for tommorow i need to wake up at around 5 to get to work. Rough shit but i rather quit work 1230 then 1845 on a Friday..

Days go by very fast and im looking forward to this summer with alot of friends, foods and relaxing.

Barbeque, MEAT! MEAT and potatoes, and bread, and so much food. Damn. Good stuff!

I think that Friday is going to be a restday, and Saturday aswell, but maybe some vibram running that will enchance the day.

Need to burn that stubborn fat!

Carbs

Yesterday was a OK day, work didnt go so good but training did.

I have such muscle soreness in the legs after running with the vibrams (doesnt matter how much i stretch) and after some exercieses in the Krav, the formula was done. I am now, FUCKED. I walk like a little baby with a full diaper. :)

Anyhow, the weather is going my way today so the bike is my way of transport again, i hate to cycle in the rain so much that i rather pay cash for the bus then going in the wet cold rain. Specially in Gothenburg.

Krav was followed by the gym yesterday, i can say that i need more carbs before workout after a Krav session (if i am doing the gym after krav that is, not vice versa).

Now, coffee and then an apple and WORK!

By the way, thank you all for following my blog and supporting the warriordiet, the blog gets more and more readers every day and its fun, i hope i can share and spread some inspiration around me.

EAT!

Just came home from the gym and krav, good sessions today, both krav and gym.

But for now i need to eat.

Just kicking you a list of what i have eaten today.

From 10:00-23:00 i ate the following.

1 Cup of Coffee
2 Apples
1 Proteinshake (before krav)
WATER

What i am going\have eaten (2300) is the following.

2 chickenlegs
2 chickenbreast
Alot of rice
5 Egg Sandwiches
Marinated Garlic
Garlic Bread (love the garlic)
WATER

YUM!

Muscle Soreness

One cup of coffee for breakfast, later, an apple, and before going to the Krav tonight, a proteinshake. Nothing in between, oh how i love not to be hooked on food.

So, pictures are up, finally. I had some pictures like after 1,5 months aswell but they are all lost on the computer somewhere and after 20 minutes of searching for them i gave up.

But here they are, hope that they are satisfying with pictures of my naked body and weight and all ;)

I like the WarriorPics session that i made aswell, i have always wanted to upload pictures directly to the blogg via the phone but never managed to do it. All the tips via blogspot didnt help me so i took things into my own hands and used a flickr-gadget here and installed a flickr-application on the iphone. Now i can send them and voila, here they are.

Talking about the iphone, if you dont have it you should check some nice apps out, here are 3 tips of applications.

100 Pushups - An application that is like your own personal little trainer, if you ever wanted to do 100 pushups but never managed this little thing should do the trick after a while.

200 Situps - Just the same app as above, only you make situps instead, situps has always been easier for me to handle then pushups. Dont know why though.

Sleep Cycle - Though i havent used it so much its a nice app that wakes you up when you are in the lightest face of sleeping, you have the iphone in bed, and it senses vibrations in the bed, the more you move the lighter you sleep, if you are dead still, you are in deep sleep. So it wakes you when you are sleeping as light as possible. With a comfortable sound aswell.

Rest

Going by bike, nice weather and not so windy.

No training today, a complete restday, tommorrow morning its krav and i must use my connections to loan a car and get some food into the fridge, need to buy food. BAD.
