EAT!

Just came home from the gym and krav, good sessions today, both krav and gym.

But for now i need to eat.

Just kicking you a list of what i have eaten today.

From 10:00-23:00 i ate the following.

1 Cup of Coffee
2 Apples
1 Proteinshake (before krav)
WATER

What i am going\have eaten (2300) is the following.

2 chickenlegs
2 chickenbreast
Alot of rice
5 Egg Sandwiches
Marinated Garlic
Garlic Bread (love the garlic)
WATER

YUM!

Muscle Soreness

One cup of coffee for breakfast, later, an apple, and before going to the Krav tonight, a proteinshake. Nothing in between, oh how i love not to be hooked on food.

So, pictures are up, finally. I had some pictures like after 1,5 months aswell but they are all lost on the computer somewhere and after 20 minutes of searching for them i gave up.

But here they are, hope that they are satisfying with pictures of my naked body and weight and all ;)

I like the WarriorPics session that i made aswell, i have always wanted to upload pictures directly to the blogg via the phone but never managed to do it. All the tips via blogspot didnt help me so i took things into my own hands and used a flickr-gadget here and installed a flickr-application on the iphone. Now i can send them and voila, here they are.

Talking about the iphone, if you dont have it you should check some nice apps out, here are 3 tips of applications.

100 Pushups - An application that is like your own personal little trainer, if you ever wanted to do 100 pushups but never managed this little thing should do the trick after a while.

200 Situps - Just the same app as above, only you make situps instead, situps has always been easier for me to handle then pushups. Dont know why though.

Sleep Cycle - Though i havent used it so much its a nice app that wakes you up when you are in the lightest face of sleeping, you have the iphone in bed, and it senses vibrations in the bed, the more you move the lighter you sleep, if you are dead still, you are in deep sleep. So it wakes you when you are sleeping as light as possible. With a comfortable sound aswell.
