Stockholm

Sorry for the poorly updated blog, i havent had time and it has been alot lately, anyways, here is one quick update.

Current weight is 90,5 kgs, ive lost about 6,5 kgs in 3 weeks and it feels nice. Im very strict with the diet (almost).

The on thing i really dont follow so far is the "Eat sallad first, then protein, and last carbohydrates if you need it".

I just eat alot, when i eat, dont pay so much attention in what order i do it. When i feel i need to complement the diet with this way of eating i will do it, but right now i dont feel the need to do it. (Hope that Ori doesnt read this, he will surely kill me) :)

Well, it worked so far, 6,5 kgs and going down. I dont feel that i have lost anything in specific, like strength or how tired i am. All people i meet say that i look more slim and they can see that i have lost weight, cool. Going to upload new pictures as soon as i have the time.

I have been working early shifts for 1 week now and to be honest, i hate it. Nothing is more frustrating then going up @ 0430 every morning and going to work, and when i come home i sleep 2 hours, go to train krav and then go back to bed after the workout. Its a bad cycle.

Warriordiet or not, going up at those times KILLS people. Think of how many people die in car accidents because of to little sleep.

On the way to Stockholm now to do some more work, i am getting used to the trainrides and first class, but people havent got used to me not eating in the morning, i drink a cup of coffee and thats it, later i take an apple or some nuts and manage the whole day on it. Pretty good.

Ive noticed a difference in wallet-size as well, i dont spend so much money on food anymore, as i did before. Everytime i feel the need for food i can just buy and apple or orange, instead of a big mac or something unhealty like a pizza or fastfood.

Believe me, it has been alot of fastfood in my days.

Time to log off, tonight its a big hamburger, with potatoes, coleslaw and some beers before entering the sauna at the hotel. Well deserved.

This Friday, its pizzatime, to celebrate the 4 weeks that have passed since the start of warrior way of living. And that i am free for one week, and ofcourse, that Rammstein is comming closeer. Excellent!

Going to give a shout out to my wonderfull girlfriend who is by my side through this journey and to my cousins in England who support me to the max. They are getting more interested in this diet everyday that goes by, what the hell, even my mother wants to try the diet!
