Sportlifes


Workout time.

Today is the first day i am going to try on the gym on the warriordiet, im looking forward to see some results, and i am sure that you are as well. ´
Trust me, before i go to the gym, pictures will come up. Jessica is going to work for me today and take some pictures.

I weigh about 88-89 kgs right now. I am prepared to gain some weight in muscles at least now when i start working out, then i am going to loose some weight as well when i start running and riding the bike to work and krav training.

Going to call sportson today to get my bike tuned up and fully repaired and taken care of before the season begins, need some freshly adjusted gears\steering and brakes as well.

Then we have the vibram five fingers (picture), it is a nice way to improve my calves and running technique, stability and so on, going all natural on this maddafacka.
