Oh.... SNAP!

Why do i do it?
I knew we didnt have any coffee at home and i knew that i need coffee to survive the mornings, or rather enchanting them. But i didnt do anything about it so i was forced to drink the coffee at work.

The coffee at work can be explained this simple way. No coffee tastes so bitter, so sour or so bad like the coffee we get from work. Never again.

Its discusting, and still people drink it like its water here, why dont they do the coffee @ home and come here and drink it instead. Much better and much much more tastier.

Anyways, had a cup of coffee and two kiwis this morning, and ofcourse the vitamines and minerals! Still going strong, a carrot around 10-11 and some kefir at 2 with another kiwi should get me going.

Alot of people comment on how much more slim i look, its pretty fun that people can see the results, even some people consider the diet themselves. My tip to them is , DO IT!

Even if you only try one month or 3 weeks you will see results, sence the freedom and the brute force of the natural chemical in the body letting loose. It IS awesome.
I am on my 3 third week already and i feel great, going to weigh myself this Sunday to see if there have been any improvement.

Today i will have 2 sessions of Krav because i cant go this saturday, so instead i will go 1730 to 2030 pure krav style, going to be great, just need to remember to bring the petrolcanister.

I love working out and will be loving it for the next couple of decades so i hope people can bare with that, i think alot of people see me as a dull idiot that only works out all the time and dont have any fun.
When i mean fun i mean "get hammered, drunk as fuck".
Its my life and my choice and i love what i do. I dont have so much people around me that work out on a regular basis.
All i hear is "next month i am going to start working out, what should i do, drink and eat during the workout, where should i do it and how many times a week?" and then, nothing.

Except the pretty woman that i live with, she is going to start swimming 4 times a week and i really hope i can be there to support her when its going to be rough (belive me it is always rough in the beginning).

Anyways, instead of putting the idiot-mark on me, try working out yourself with something you think is inspirering and fun.

Believe me, its much more fun than getting drunk as fuck every Friday-Saturday....
