Easter

Sugar, Cakes, Beer, Coca-Cola, Food, Candy, Coffe and last but not least Vibram.

Its been a long and great weekend, 4 days off, including Krav.
Sometimes you need to take it easy and just relax, and i have been doing that.
Though i now feel that some Krav right now is a must to keep the good old wheel in shape.

The warriordiet have worked out just fine, except that I have been forced to pull down my 4 hours from like 2000-2400 to 1700-2100 on one day.

I have eaten a lot of foods and candy on my overeating period, warrior diet says that you must not eat any sorts of refined suger what so ever. But HEY you cant follow the diet 100% all the time. I follow it about 85% all the time. I manage quite fine on that.

I ran with my freaking vibram as well, 1,3 km this time, it was nice, I had the energy though my calfs were screaming BAD. I stretched as hell after the run, before bed and the next morning, but I still got the muscle soreness.

My plan is to go for that golden 5 kms before I go any longer, I run on tarmac right now and it feels good, haven’t run on gravel yet though.
The day after I went to the shop, I can feel how the way I walk and posture is changing when im using the five fingers.

Signed up for a kettlebell pass in one month and one seminar of Krav Maga – Third person defence (bodyguard etc). Looking forward to that very much.

Today its food time at my mothers place and it is always great, i dont know if i will make it to the krav though, if i dont im going to go for a five finger run instead.
