2 Weeks

Two weeks have passed by since the start of Warrior Diet.

Lets talk about feelings, feelings that i have felt the last two weeks, and whats the difference from before the Warrior Way.
I can say truly that this is no bullshit, all that i write here is true things.

So, feelings.

I feel tighter, fitter, smaller, flexible, agile, happier, energetic, stronger, hornyer and much more connected to myself and ofcourse, free.

I am not a slave to food anymore, i manage the whole day on some nuts and apples that i have laying around, i dont need to think about lunch, breakfast, dinner. Evening food is the best, and then, to eat as much as i like, its just great. The food tastes better when you wait for it the whole day.

Its like your working and training all day for that good, well deserved and wonderful meal at the end of the day.

This day is a total relaxationday, taking it easy, just beeing.

Tip of the day, instead of thinking something is hard or find yourself not having the energy to do it, like doing the dishes or washing the clothes, focus on the time you can have with yourself afterwards, imagine a reward for your hard work, it can be coffee, some TV time or maybe som candy.
