Chineeeese!

What a day, hard work, Krav training and then go home and eat some well deserved food.

Todays meal was chinese food, usual servings isnt in the game anymore, i eat atleast twice as more as i am used to. Its pretty cool to see that effect like 5-6 days into the diet. Nice to eat more and the food even tastes better.

I dont know if i am supposed to get in some paralyze shock and be hungry and tired untill i cry, because right now life feels wonderful.

Apart from the chinesefood i ate the following.

1,5 Carrots
1 Glas of grapefruitjuice
1 Apple
1 Glas of orangejuice
2 Cups of coffee

Thats all. Pretty nice.

Even though people think that thats a small amount to eat i still managed work and training without beeing exhausted or tired. (I believe that "OH SNAP!" is the right word to put here)

Off the topic, i train Krav Maga, it focuses on self defence techniques and is from Israeli, the man behind Krav Maga is Imi Lichtenfeld.

This is a demostration of Krav Maga from a event in Gothenburg a few weeks ago.

Got damn!

Today im sore, yesterdays session of Krav really got to me, got kicked so hard on the arm so i got a shoeprint on it, and it hurts.

Then i noticed that my ribcage is pretty bruised, nice feeling. (Got damn, fightclub anyone?)

Anyways, when i came home to overeat yesterday, i overate, alot.
Jessica prepared a chicken\mushroom meal with pasta and i ate two servings of it.
30 minutes later i ate some more by combineing the leftover pasta with eggs, putted it on the fryingpan for a couple of minutes, add some suger and voila. Good food.
And ofcourse some nuts for dessert.

Today im not hungry at all, just going to drink a cup of coffee and relax before work, when i arrive to work i will drink some freshly pressed grapejuice and later on eat one orange or something, nothing fancy.

Ive been on the diet for 4 days now and it feels pretty good, so far all the things Ori mentions in the Warrior Diet has come true. Its like my body keep on saying "OH SNAP! Is this really happening?".

Anyways, sorry for the delay of the pics but they will be uploaded tommorow, following some facts.
