Back from the back

Just came back from Stockholm, all work and no play makes me a dull boy.
It was alot of work but the hotel sauna and pool made it nice to be there.

When i woke up yesterday i drank a cup of coffee and some grapejuice. And on the train, a carrot.

I had to admit that i was pretty hungry around 12, dont know why, think its because this is the first time i woke up that early (4 am) and my body wasnt ready for it, and then the trainride aint that fun so i had time to think about my warriordiet (read alot aswell) and it made me hungry, i think.

When the overeating period came i ate one big burger and frenchfries and potatoes from the restaurant in the hotel. Coleslaw and cucumbers aswell. Very good! After that some nuts and naturecandy, nuts dipped in yoghurt that is. :)

Had a real hard test this morning, the test was the breakfast buffet with alot of food, panncakes, bacon, eggs, watermelon, oranges, fruit, yoghurt, allbran, sausage etc.

My friend ate all that stuff, and i ate some oranges and paprika. That was a real test, and i made it.
I managed all day on one apple, one coffee, a handful of nuts and some mini-carrots.

On the train i ate a big sallad and a cookie or two for dessert, then when we arrived i ate one big hamburger (yes again, not good but i need to buy something, the fridge is empty) and french fries!

Now for some tea and quality time, tommorow its the first krav maga pass of the week, to bad i havent had time to train, but i will catch up!

GOT DAMN!

So, after one week of warriordiet, it was time to get the weight-status updated.

One week ago my weight was 97 kgs, or 96,8 to be exact.
Today i stood on the wave and the magic number was..

drumroll please)

92,6 Kgs

That is 4 kgs that ive lost in one week. It feels great, already looking forward toward next sundays weigh-in! Stay tuned.

Todays undereating-snacks are the following:

2 Cups of Coffee
2 Apples
1 Glas grapefruitjuice (from a real grapefruit ofcourse)

And when overeating:

Pancakes (alot :) )
Nuts

Talk about lovin it.

Tommorow i will be leaving to Stockholm for 2 days, its pretty sad cause i will miss two days of krav-training. But ill catch up on the saturday training.

The upside is that there is one really good delicious burgerplace in Stockholm where i eat whenever im there, its really good. Looking forward to that juice burger on Monday evenings overeating!

So the blog will be on a standstill until Wednesday. Until then.

Badminton

Hey hey hey, what a beautiful morning.

Just came back from a good game of badminton, played with my brother.
Even though he always have kicked my ass in badminton, this time i won actually. Pretty cool, i feel smaller and faster, i think ive lost some weight, not sure though. Only the scale will tell, must weigh myself as soon as possible.

Before the match i only drank one cup of coffee and after i drank some whey protein, it feels nice, i had the energy the whole hour and i dont feel tired or exhausted at all now. Not even hungry!

Tonight i will go to the movies, but before i will make a big dinner with potatoes and all that includes, meat, sallads and good tzatsiki. Going to be very good, marinated the beef all night and all day so i think it wil be juice and nice.

Oh how i long for the foodtime at the overeating period. Going to eat sooo much food.

But now its showertime and then its off to the shop to buy some potatoes.

By the way, the movie tonight is "The Descent 2". Scary shit.

Chineeeese!

What a day, hard work, Krav training and then go home and eat some well deserved food.

Todays meal was chinese food, usual servings isnt in the game anymore, i eat atleast twice as more as i am used to. Its pretty cool to see that effect like 5-6 days into the diet. Nice to eat more and the food even tastes better.

I dont know if i am supposed to get in some paralyze shock and be hungry and tired untill i cry, because right now life feels wonderful.

Apart from the chinesefood i ate the following.

1,5 Carrots
1 Glas of grapefruitjuice
1 Apple
1 Glas of orangejuice
2 Cups of coffee

Thats all. Pretty nice.

Even though people think that thats a small amount to eat i still managed work and training without beeing exhausted or tired. (I believe that "OH SNAP!" is the right word to put here)

Off the topic, i train Krav Maga, it focuses on self defence techniques and is from Israeli, the man behind Krav Maga is Imi Lichtenfeld.

This is a demostration of Krav Maga from a event in Gothenburg a few weeks ago.

Got damn!

Today im sore, yesterdays session of Krav really got to me, got kicked so hard on the arm so i got a shoeprint on it, and it hurts.

Then i noticed that my ribcage is pretty bruised, nice feeling. (Got damn, fightclub anyone?)

Anyways, when i came home to overeat yesterday, i overate, alot.
Jessica prepared a chicken\mushroom meal with pasta and i ate two servings of it.
30 minutes later i ate some more by combineing the leftover pasta with eggs, putted it on the fryingpan for a couple of minutes, add some suger and voila. Good food.
And ofcourse some nuts for dessert.

Today im not hungry at all, just going to drink a cup of coffee and relax before work, when i arrive to work i will drink some freshly pressed grapejuice and later on eat one orange or something, nothing fancy.

Ive been on the diet for 4 days now and it feels pretty good, so far all the things Ori mentions in the Warrior Diet has come true. Its like my body keep on saying "OH SNAP! Is this really happening?".

Anyways, sorry for the delay of the pics but they will be uploaded tommorow, following some facts.
