For all the non believers out there.

When i began with the Warrior Diet i had a lot of people who said that i was about to die, and break. People who told me that i was crazy, idiotic and weird. And still, here i am, stronger then ever.

Even though i just ate 2 apples, 1 cup of coffee i still managed to work hard, go 15 km by bike in a fast pace, and swim about 1 km directly after. Its a great diet and everything that i expected to work with the diet is working.

Like loosing weight (10 kg), getting more agile, feeling healthier and not being a slave for food anymore. Its great.

Now i am off to bed, or maybe just relax in the sofa some more.

Cycle Madness

Tuesday

Change of plans today, totally. Jessica is swimming 3 times a week and she always say that i must come and swim with her. But i never had time, but tonight ill just have to make time.

Will go by bike to work, and after work i will warm up my legs for 1 hour of constant cycling and then go directly to the swimming pool and have 40 minutes of intense workout there as well. :)

That means that there will be no gym or Krav Maga today due to this. But i will compensate that tomorrow of course.

By the way i tried the 100 Push ups Application yesterday and it worked fine, i don't know how they do the math or so but the goal with the App is to be enable to do 100 push ups within a month. They have some sort of program that calculates how many you have to do each time you train.

Example. Yesterday it was like this.

12 Push ups - Rest 1 min

10 Push ups - Rest

9 Push ups - Rest

7 Push ups - Rest

7 Push ups - Rest

9 Push ups (minimum) - Then you just go full out and do as many as you can.

Tonight its time for the 200 Sit ups Application, will see if that will give me anything as well.

Running done.

Monday -

First run for the year and first run ever since like 1,5 years ago. I have to say it was hard, but it always is. I have some cardio due to the bicycling and Krav Maga but i still dont have it full out.
Anyways, one cup of coffee and i was off, it went fine and after 2-3 kms i noticed that my body was burning fat, you can feel it in the stomach somehow, and its a nice feeling.

Except that its tough to run. But after, wonderfull.

Either way it was fine, i came home and drank some water, took a shower and had some vitamines and minerals then i went of to work on the bike. No problems, took an apple and started to work. Dont have any need for hunger and i drink alot of water and just took a proteinshake.

One thing that i didn wrong today before the run was that i didnt drink enough water, going to keep that in mind for wednesday though.

Project Overload

So, here i am. Back again, from the dead. I have been sick the last week and havent had the lust to update the blog. But now, now its something different going on. :)

One thing that i love to do is to have projects going on, like the project "overload". I fill the project in hand with all the info that i need and further on.

So you ask me, what is Project Overload? Well, its the extreme project that makes me go berserk for one month, with all out training, a crazy hardcore diet (warriordiet ofcourse) and one day of rest per week.

I have a schedule for every week (they look pretty much the same), i also have a filled up Iphone with music that gives me that extra adrenaline when i need it to burn that last fat or to lift that last weight. 

The project has been done one time before, 2 years ago when i was attending the physical tests at the Police Academy i lost about 8 Kgs from 95 to 87 and i got 3rd place of all the contestants at the running event even though i weighed 15 kgs more than the two guys infront of me (run 2 km under 9 minutes, i made it in 7,32).

So the schedule is built up like this. 

First week, late shift 1215-1845

Monday -

Running 1000-1045 

Krav M 2030-2200

100 Pushups exercise (Iphone app) Before sleeptime.

Tuesday -

The gym - Triceps - Biceps 1000-1045 

Krav M 1900-1930

200 Situps exercise (Iphone app) Before sleeptime.

Wednesday -

Running 1000-1045

Krav M 2030-2200

Thursday -

The gym - Breast - Shoulders 0950-1045

Krav M - 1900-2030

Friday -

Running 2000-2045 + 200 Situps exercise

Saturday -

Seminare Krav Maga third person protection (VIP protection and so on) 1000-1700

Sunday -

Kettlebell seminare Basic and Medium 1200-1800


Ofcourse i will be keep updating every day and fill you in with the greatest info that there is, what i am eating and so one, ;) dont forget, im still on the warriordiet, and it is going to be awesome to see how it goes hand in hand with the Overload project! :)

Headache

Got a headache today, pretty bad style, missed work because of it and i still have it.
I have no idea why i keep getting this headaches, i had them before i started with the warriordiet so the diets not the problem..

Well i hope they get better in the future, i really dont know whats causing them though.. I drink alot of water, i get my vitamines and i eat alot of food.

Anyways, going to be in the sofa all day and relax, no training today (ofcourse)..

Going to update tommorow or later tonight if i have the energy for it.
