Better day

The time is almost 1100 and i am preparing to go to work, but first i will go by the barbor and get a haircut, or trim my hair, i really dont know what look i should go for this year but i think ill stay with the same as last year, and the year before that, and before that.. etc.

The one who got me inspired for a mohawk haircut was actually Vaako from the chronicles of Riddick, i like the hairstyle, maybe not the pony tail but something like that got me interessted. (google the picture yourselves).

Anways, after that im off to work, then to krav and then maybe to the gym, it depends on if my friend is comming or not, i promised to go with him.
And as the honest to earth man i am, i will keep that promise!

Bad day

Its a lousy day here in the workshop, nothing is going my way and im just pissed off. I hope that it calms down until the end, i got 3,5 more hours to work and i tend to make them go by as fast as i can.

After that i will go home, take a P-shake and then go to the krav, i wonder how this day will end up. I hope in a laugh.

Going to take a apple and calm down, listen to some motörhead and try to relax and go into a mental phase of pleasure. I need it right now.

Dinnertime






Finally, some food, tonight i ate one kebabroll (got damn dont know the english word) and souvlaki (just meat on a stick with some potatoes and tzatsiki and green stuff).

Veeery good food i must say, and i ate it all, im thirsty as hell right now, it was an intense session on the krav but nice workout and you get your heart pumping while beeing attacked.

After im done writing this i am going to put me on some kettlebell-training sessions, want to get to those kettlebells as soon as i can, buy one or two and have a nice workout in the sun on the grass. Looking forward to that, very very much!

Good night all, time to drink som water, ohh that sweet sweet water.

Off to work

God damn it. After the krav yesterday i took the bike home and i went as fast as i could. When i came home, i took a shower and made som food, i started to eat 2330 and stopped at 2345.. i didnt feel any need to eat or drink, i just wanted to sleep.

I got to say this was the first time that this has happend since i started going warrior.
The problem is that i need to go 75% on the bike not 100%. Its going to fuck me up at the end, though i get some nice training done.

Well, its off to work now, then krav then home again, on the bike. See if i can manage to control myself this time.

Quick

Haveing a "fruitbreak" at work now. So i thought i would type something small here before i go off to work again.

I took my bike to work today, took about 10 minutes, but i always get sweaty though i dont want to. But i CANT go slow with the bike with a pace that i find nice. My "nice-pace" is fastpace. =)

After work its off home for a proteinshake and pack the bags, then off to Krav (with the bike ofcourse) and then home again. To eat, i have no idea what to eat.

To now my food has consisted of one big cup coffee and one apple. Thats all, and still going strong.

Havent tried this diet yet? =) DO IT!

Updated update


I simply cannot sleep, its about 0430 now and i just told my two good friends to piss of home after the UFC112-fightnight we had, its nice to hang around with my old but truly good friends and just chill out. To bad UFC112 wasnt so good, but hey, there will be more!

Before the fights that started 0030 i ate some good chinese food and rounded it off with a pizza. Bare with me now, alot of pizza i know.
But you should do what you want to do whenever you want to do it, and i love the pizza.
So i eat it, just because i can and i know i can burn it up.

I mean, if i just ate pizza and didnt work out or had my bike or krav the situation would be totally different.

Anyways, i will try to update more frequently. Like what i did today, training, eating. I dont know if my private life is so fascinating ..
But anyhow.

I work late this week and that means i will work from 1215-1845.

The ritual is like this, work, krav and then maybe some training, i dont know yet.
Maybe i should go to the gym before work?
It would ease up the evening pretty much but... gosh, really dont know.
Idiotic problems..

I had plans of only going to the gym every two weeks that i work early, dont know if that will work though.

Well, the problem will solve it selve i guess.
