I love to ride my bike
Well, bikeseason has come. The bike is ready for the spring and summertime, the car have to wait, i dont have the time and\or money to fix the car. Too much work. The bike will have to work for now.
Hey, im not complaining.
After easter i havent had time to train, just one sessions of Krav yesterday and today i had to rest, i have an muscleinflammation in the back, not good at all. Need to rest it and take some pills to ease the pain. Will go hard on the training next week though, need to get going.
Today i took the bike to work, i love it, the breeze in the hair when you go by cars and trams on the road, people walking or even mopeds get owned by me ;)
I cant ride slow though, i dont know if it is the music or that i just want to go fast. When i go by foot i want to go fast. Why walk when you can run?
Took 2 walks with the vibram aswell, they are nice shoes that are light and easy to use, and i get nostalgic when walking barefoot.
Overeatingperiod today concisted of one big pizza and one hamburger. Havent have anything to eat except one banana and one apple + 2 coffees all day. Not that im complaining, its nice to be free from the slavery of eating all the time. I love it.
Now its time to get some gametime with the Xbox, PS3, Wii and the computer. GOSH, how am i going to have the time to do all that?

Easter
Sugar, Cakes, Beer, Coca-Cola, Food, Candy, Coffe and last but not least Vibram.
Its been a long and great weekend, 4 days off, including Krav.
Sometimes you need to take it easy and just relax, and i have been doing that.
Though i now feel that some Krav right now is a must to keep the good old wheel in shape.
The warriordiet have worked out just fine, except that I have been forced to pull down my 4 hours from like 2000-2400 to 1700-2100 on one day.
I have eaten a lot of foods and candy on my overeating period, warrior diet says that you must not eat any sorts of refined suger what so ever. But HEY you cant follow the diet 100% all the time. I follow it about 85% all the time. I manage quite fine on that.
I ran with my freaking vibram as well, 1,3 km this time, it was nice, I had the energy though my calfs were screaming BAD. I stretched as hell after the run, before bed and the next morning, but I still got the muscle soreness.
My plan is to go for that golden 5 kms before I go any longer, I run on tarmac right now and it feels good, haven’t run on gravel yet though.
The day after I went to the shop, I can feel how the way I walk and posture is changing when im using the five fingers.
Signed up for a kettlebell pass in one month and one seminar of Krav Maga – Third person defence (bodyguard etc). Looking forward to that very much.
Today its food time at my mothers place and it is always great, i dont know if i will make it to the krav though, if i dont im going to go for a five finger run instead.

In Swedish!
Ah, tänkte göra mina engelska läsare besvikna och dra något inlägg på svenska då och då, för att mix it up lite, pallar inte engelska hela tiden, särskilt inte när man är i Zombiestadiet jag är i nu.
Visserligen är jag övertrött och jag kommer slå i väggen någon gång runt 11-12 tiden som jag alltid brukar göra när jag jobbar tidigt och sovit dåligt\lite.
Har hamnat i någon kass dygnsrytm nu där jag inte sover tillräckligt på natten och tar ut det på dagen, jag tar ett korttidslån på sömn kan man säga, det suger ganska rejält. Var ett bra tag sedan där det var så sist men nu är det tillbaka.
Får helt enkelt hålla ut hela denna korta vecka och sedan försöka återställa det. Annars finns det inte mycket att säga.
Förutom träningen så blir det en del spelning också, spelar just nu Just Cause 2, Settlers 6 och God Of War 2 samt Bad Company 2. Blir för mycket nästan, får ta en sak i taget känner jag. Går inte att mixa till det så mycket utan att tappa suget.
Ikväll är det sista krav maga passet inför långhelgen, sedan är det långhelg, som sagt.
Blir till att kanska dra till Henriksberg på Fredag, middag hos morsan på lördag, middag hos svärmor på söndag och speltid utöver de.. Om min kära underbara sambo samtycker.. :)

Vibram

Here it is, Vibram Five Fingers. A kind of shoe that is formed like your foot.
It reminds me of those socks that you can use except this one is heavly reinforced with extra rubber underneath so that you dont die running on gravel or a stick or such.
I am basiclly going to use it for running. But the usage areas are wide, climbing and so on are popular, i think im going to use it for playing badminton aswell.
It costed about 1000 kronors and when i came home from the Krav last night i tried them out, ran about 400 meters around the block and i could feel the difference at once.
Instead of landing on your heel like you do with your basic running shoe, you have to land on the front of your foot, the damping is controlled by the calfes, knees and foot at the same time and you get a different kind of stability and workout this way, its going all natural.
When i came home i could feel the pump in the calfs and it was a nice feeling, love my calfs i must say.
Anyway, then it was foodtime, roastbeef, potatosallad, bread and a big serving of bigos (a sort of polish coleslaw meal that my mother makes, its wonderfull) and then i was off to bed.
When i work early i feel more gasy than when i work late, i think its because i go to bed so near the eatingperiod.
Tonight its more Krav Maga followed by more food. Its a short week this week, easter comming up and all, going to eat so much egg that my eyes pop out!

Sportlifes

Workout time.
Today is the first day i am going to try on the gym on the warriordiet, im looking forward to see some results, and i am sure that you are as well. ´
Trust me, before i go to the gym, pictures will come up. Jessica is going to work for me today and take some pictures.
I weigh about 88-89 kgs right now. I am prepared to gain some weight in muscles at least now when i start working out, then i am going to loose some weight as well when i start running and riding the bike to work and krav training.
Going to call sportson today to get my bike tuned up and fully repaired and taken care of before the season begins, need some freshly adjusted gears\steering and brakes as well.
Then we have the vibram five fingers (picture), it is a nice way to improve my calves and running technique, stability and so on, going all natural on this maddafacka.

Combichrist
My foodcycle is finally at its best.
I can stay without eating food almost for a whole day, sure i eat 1-2 apples at most, but not more than that, and one proteindrink right before the Krav Maga. Then overeating begins as usual, i can eat so much now its insane.
Tonight i will eat a big kebabsallad with french fries included.
The most important thing though is vitamines, i get them everyday when i wake up and in the middle of the day. I have some ginseng-pods with alot of extra vitamines in them.
Krav is more fun now then ever before, alot of physical work and were getting rougher in our techincs and finally putting some weight behind the punches, its nice.
And next week its time for the gym, and further on, Kettlebells.
And FINALLY the spring has come, yesterday we had like 13 degrees outside, it was warm and nice as hell, no more winterjacket for me, time for the easy clothes. Love them, feel so much more free when i only have a pair of 3\4 pants on then full outfit consisting of double T-shirts and jackets and shit like that.
What more. Hmm, this saturday im going to see The Zone, its a kind of UFC that comes every third month or so in Sweden, my trainer Tommy Blom is attending and i am thrilled to see what he can do in the cage. After that the afterparty begins with alot of good friends from the krav and so on. Its all good!
