Krav Maga countdown

1,5 hours left until training time. Had a naptime for 2 hours. Before i ate som kefir with some nuts and a cup of coffee.

Before training i will drink some protein and then come home for the food. Lots to eat tonight i hope.


So, what about a list, downsides and upsides about this style of eating.

Downsides

-I sometimes miss to eat a real big breakfast with eggs and bacon and all that.

Got damn, dont know any more downsides, have to think about it some more.

Upsides

- I can eat a hamburger or eat alot of food without the anxiety when eating alot
- Candy is ok sometimes now and then when i feel for it
- I loose weight
- I feel more agile
- Happier
- More energy throughout the day

The list goes on..

Have to move my ass, hola!
