After Stockholm i came home with a kind of sore back, we are currently packing down the workshops up there and there is alot of heavy junk and crap that we have to carry. Even if i liftthe right way (with the back straight etc) i still can feel it.
Anyways, when i am away on trips like that i still can go on the warrior diet to some point on the day, fruits nuts and so one goes but when it comes to my main meal i need to eat it big, but i cant find any place near the hotell and the hotel restaurant is so damn expensive that i simply cant afford it, and i sure in hell cant cook the food in the room. Although i should ask for that next time i go up there.
Yesterday it was pizzatime, we saw a movie with our dear neighbour TerYEAH! It was nice, i bought a pizza to celebrate the one month celebration of warriordiet.
Part 2
So, part 2. Well i have been on the warriordiet for some time now and ive lost a good amount of weight, but i sure havent follow the diet strictly as hell. Like eating the sallad first, then protein, then carbs on the mail meal.
And one thing that is a big nono is refined suger. Im training up to 5 times a week and if i want suger in my tea or eat some candy or cake i WILL do it on my overeating period. Nothing bad with that.
Ive done it and im still loosing weight. Anyways, i am going to shape up some and have less sugerintakes and TRY to eat according to the sallad-protein-carb thing but i cant guarantee it.
Tommorow i will update with pictures and weight info etc.
I am haveing a weeks vacation from now on and that feels pretty good, going to rammstein on tuesday and the following week i will train krav all the days i can. Surely been missing it.
In a couple of months (near april) i will start going to the gym and run again, going to be great.
