God morning, its 5:34 AM and i am ready to go to work. Pretty tired.
Its hard to calm down after yesterdays Krav pass. I came home around 1025 PM, i ate, showered and then went to bed @ 12. Its not easy to work early.
Just to make things clear here, i work 2 weeks 6 AM to 1230 PM. Then i change shifts and work 2 weeks 1215 PM to 645 PM. The late times are better because then i can go home and eat, relax and go to bed much later then the early shifts.
Ori recommomends that you dont go to sleep untill 2 hours after your big meal, but i dont have any chance of doing that, maybe maximum 1,5 hours after but not near 2 hours (if i dont want to go to bed late at night), guess you cant have it all right?
Anyways, ive begun to take extra vitamins and minerals in the morning (alot of C vitamins and others as well) to keep the the levels at normal, i need them during the day.
Time to brush that got damn tooth and be on my way to work, nutss and carrots in my bag. People say that if i eat more carrots i am going to have extra super duper night vision, havent noticed any enchancement in the nightvision so far, but i guess it comes.
Feeling a bit orange though..
